Praveen Gupta has worked with over 100 small to large manufacturing companies since 1981 in product development, manufacturing and quality organizations. Praveen led the first deployment of the Six Sigma methodology in manufacturing operations at Motorola in Schaumburg, IL in 1986. Praveen developed the 4P process model for improving manufacturing process performance on the average by 70%, and the Breakthrough Innovation (Brinnovation™) framework consisting of the TEDOC methodology for making innovations profitable.

Praveen is the author of The Business Innovation in the 21^st Century, and The Innovation Solution (to be published soon) besides books on corporate performance and Six Sigma.

Since 2004 when we started this program, our personnel have "implemented" more than 150,000 ideas. Every single idea implemented by the employee that generated it.
